Delivery

We deliver to all areas throughout South Africa. We are able to accept orders from Sub-Saharan Africa.

We will do our best to deliver to recipient within 4 - 5 business days but can give no guarantees about delivery times as we use contract couriers. We reserve the right to vary to our carriers.

In the unlikely event that an order is not received, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may trace your delivery through our track and trace system.

We cannot accept responsibility if you have given us the wrong delivery address and we may have to charge another fee to deliver again. If the recipient is not there when we try to deliver our carrier will leave notification.

By placing an order, you declare that you are the person named on the credit card or have given permission to use it. If we believe an order is fraudulent, we may release your details to the appropriate authorities. All IP addresses are logged.
